To help new businesses survive the critical early years, Bromley Council has converted the elegant Victorian civic building that served as Anerley Town Hall into
28 furnished offices for 126 persons, providing the perfect base for new set ups or those that have out-grown home working. Situated on Anerley Road, Penge,
the offices are adjacent to Anerley station, giving easy access into central London and out to stations across the southeast.
The rent for each room includes rates, electricity, heating, cleaning, security, building insurance and broadband internet access. Rooms are all fully furnished with
desks, chairs, pin boards, telephones and filing space. Telephones are provided with an extra socket for a fax machine. Each room offers broadband internet
connection and the ability to network to other PCs in the room for data sharing purposes.
There is also a meeting room available for hire on an hourly basis, so you can make a suitably professional impression on your clients. Secure car parking spaces
are also available for rent in the grounds of the building. You can take advantage of a range of office services, such as copying and message taking,
at an additional cost.
Offices available range from single person rooms from £350 per month up to 6 person rooms from £990 per month with flexible tenancies.
