Anerley Business Centre

Managed by the CPCDT, the Anerley Business Centre offers a number of services to the community and is also the location of the Trust’s offices. It is situated in the old, elegant Victorian civic building that served as the Anerley Town Hall until the 1930s.

The Anerley Business Centre is ideal for business start-ups and small businesses that have outgrown working from home. We have 28 offices to rent of different sizes ranging from one to six desks. We are located directly opposite Anerley Rail Station and Overground (East London line), giving easy access into central London and to stations across the South East.

Monthly Rent

The rent for offices ranges from single person rooms from £350 per month up to six-person rooms from £990 per month with flexible tenancies.

Service charges for telephone handsets:

  • One handset: £25 per month
  • Two handsets: £35 per month
  • Three handsets: £50 per month

Any further handsets are charged at £15 per month.

The rent for each office includes:

  • Rates
  • Electricity
  • Cleaning
  • Security

Rooms are all fully furnished with desks, chairs, pin boards, telephones and filing space.
Telephones are provided with an extra socket for a fax machine.
Each room offers the ability to network to other PCs in the room for data sharing purposes.
There is also a meeting room available for hire on an hourly basis, and you can take advantage of a range of office services, including photocopying, at a small additional cost.
We also offer limited availability car parking spaces for rent in the grounds of the building.

Package Price To Hire Both Halls

  • Fridays 5pm to midnight: £500
  • 8 hours on Saturday or Sunday: £595
  • All day Saturdays 10am to midnight: £795

Prices include use of both halls, kitchen, standard tables, chairs & cleaning.
If you require earlier or later times please call the office for availability.

Equipment hire:

  • Round tables: £10.00 per table
  • CD player and speakers: £100
  • Crockery storage charge: £25.00 (one off payment)
  • Kitchen hire: For smaller functions or meetings the kitchen can be hired at an additional cost.

If hiring the main hall, the smaller hall will also need to be hired for use of the kitchen.
